Rules for Advertisement By Members:

Due to IRS Rules for 501(c)(3) organizations - IPS must now charge for members' advertisements. THIS WILL NOW INCLUDE THE CLASSIFIED ADS AND BREEDER DIRECTORY LISTINGS. 

Classified advertisements will cost $2.00 per four line* ad per journal. 

Listing in the IPS Breeder Directory will now cost $5.00 per year.

Members may advertise in all six journal issues as well as receive a listing in the Breeder Director for a FLAT FEE of $10.00 per year. 

Only parrotlets wanted/sale/trade can be listed. No other species will be allowed.
Parrotlet related items and merchandise will be allowed.

            *322 characters including spaces and punctuation. The words "For Sale" are not included.

All prices based on camera ready art. $3.00 extra for typesetting. Business card and quarter page ads, that are not camera ready, may be placed either vertically or horizontally, based on the editor's discretion.

The Legal Stuff: The IPS is a non-profit IRS recognized 501(c)(3) educational charitable organization however, membership dues or payments for advertising cannot be considered as charitable deductions. The IPS assumes no responsibility for advertisers' claims, quality of their products, livestock or services. You are advised to ask for and check references.
