Training Course
Become Certified in the Avian Disease Prevention Program
The Avian Health Program will soon offer an avian disease prevention-training course
via their web site. This course will teach
attendees how to protect against bird diseases such as exotic Newcastle disease.
Certificates will be awarded to each person who successfully completes the course. Courses will be offered to owners and employees of pet stores, swap meets, feed mills and stores, and custom slaughter plants.
Courses will also be available for backyard bird breeders and pet bird owners. The training courses will be added to the web site as they are developed.
