IPS Annual Raffle
|
The International Parrotlet Society is able to sell society-issued, traceable bands to its members. This allows members to band their parrotlets with bands exclusively issued by the International Parrotlet Society. Birds carrying IPS-issued bands can be traced back to the original breeder allowing owners to trace the pedigree and bloodlines of their birds. Because the owners must trace this information through the Band Secretary, confidentiality and security is enjoyed by the breeder. IPS has recently entered into agreements with both the Society of Parrot Breeders and Exhibitors and the North American Parrot Society to recognize IPS-issued bands on parrotlets at their shows. SPBE does require a one-time $5.00 registration fee per exhibitor. Follow the following link to obtain the IPS Band Order Form IPS-Issued Leg Band Policy and Procedure1.
